We have had a sudden problem with our OpenVox VS-GW1202: It started behaving oddly, so I rebooted it and now it won’t boot or is unaccessible. I have tried both the current and default IP addresses, neither respond to pings or access the web config. Also there are no activity lights for any of the SIM cards except for position 1 (solid green).
There is a reset button on the card, which I presume restores the factory defaults, but pressing it and holding it yield no results.
I am at a loss what else I can try to restore access to the unit. Can you please provide any support to help us get it up and running again?
