Problem with configuration Next Reset Ti

Hello,

I have an Openvox VS-GGU-E2M0400, firwmare 2.2.0, GSM Modem Description: GSM: 850/900/1800 / 1900MHz, Hardware Version: Date 2012-11-09 FPGA 11 Hardware 00 and I am facing problems with the configuration "Next Reset Time ".

We configure limiting time of use of each channel, being renewed automatically every day.

Every day when renewing channel time, it adds another 1 hour at the reset time.

Example:

If scheduled to renew tomorrow 2017-02-02 07:00:00 when accessing the settings on 02-02-17 after the reset, the time will be thus for the next renewal 2017-02-03 08:00:00



Another detail I manually renew the time through the reset button, also adds 1 hour.



I need the time to be fixed on the same date and time.

Could anyone help?

Hi Joel,

Sorry for the trouble.Your firmware is too old.Please update the firmware.You need to update it to 2.2.2 first.Then,update it to the newest firmware 2.3.2.

Here is the link of the firmware:

Newest version(2.3.2): www.openvox.cn/pub/firmwares/GSM%20Gateway/wg400-current.bin

Hello.

We updated the firmware 2.3.2.

We recorded 2 problems:

1- Set the time reset on all channels for 2017-02-02 04:00. The channels renewed the time but did not stay at the same time.



2- Equipment stopped calling, as if it were locked. We restart and the situation remains the same.



Could help us in this correction

Problem has been resolved.

Next to the XIAO LV (heizi.lv) we had all the necessary support to correct the problem.

We received a new firmware.
