Hello everyone, ppl of the community and the admins especially..
I would like to address a very common issue here...
whenever someone posts a problem some of the admins gracefully asks for teamviewer to solve the problem.. as much as I appreciate this gesture..
the admins should probalb y show us how they handled the issue... for the lack of documentations and how-tos regarding these gateways.. it is not good practice... i mean someof us could solve the problems by themselfs if we had access to the informations...
at least please provide more documantations ,, or when a case is solved give us some pointers as to how the issue was solved...
