I am having this same problem, when the call enters through gsm-1.1 or gsm-1.2 the system rejects .

enable "ADVANCED ---> Asterisk API ---> General

Sorry for the trouble. From your asterisk log, i think there is a configuration problem. May i ask GSM gateway connects which IPPBX in your enviroment?
