SIP status: "Request Sent"

I bought a gateway openvox gw1202 but i have a problem when configure the SIP endpoint. After configuring the trunk data in issabel with asterisk 11, the gateway remains in the following message in SIP status: "Request Sent". I have changed the configuration on Issabel server several times but still with the same message
