openvox G400E don't get call on Elastix 2.5

hi,
I bought 2 card of openvox G400E. I put it in HP DL380P. and i install Elastix 2.5. Elastix recognize the card but the led behind the card don't appear, i read the manuel on the openvox website, but i can't make call and receive a call. On the mother board i have not sata power compatible with the cable which come with the G400E. the i let the card without power, elastix recognize it. What am i doing wrong?

Please supply the 4-PIN 12V power for the G400E. Or the gsm channels cannot be up. Then you will not able to make call out or in.

Which type of 12v power supply i must use? 200ma or 500ma?

I buy an external DC, change the Jumper and the led swich on. But since i can't get call i follow the G400E elastix guide manuel. Can i ask and show you my log file on this forum?
