Caller ID problem

I want to know which you are using ,DTMF or FSK. Please show me your chan_dahdi.conf.

I use FSK. cidsignalling as follow.

I also tried
cidstart=ring, cidsignalling=dtmf
cidstart=polarity,cidsignalling=dtmf and
cidstart=ring,cidsignalling=bell
but it still can not get caller id
